Beach Plum Purple Chalcedony Briolette Earrings on Hammered Gold Filled Links and Ear Wires
Description
These beautiful purple chalcedony briolettes seemed a perfect match for some new hammered gold filled links I just found in the city. The heart-shaped purple briolettes are faceted for sparkle, and measure 10 mm wide. I've wire wrapped them onto the oval links for a great, rich look.These stones are interesting because they photograph differently inside and outside: outside, on a cloudy but bright day, the camera captures their translucence and bright glow. Inside, their deep, rich purple color is prevalent, and they appear opaque.
The hammered gold filled oval links are 10 mm long, and all together, the earring dangle measures a conservative (but still fun!) 1 inch long.
All wire and hardware is 14k gold filled.
