I worked FOR-EV-ER on the dress, so I hope you love it!
You WILL have the raddest dress at prom or homecoming or whatever! And it's plus size to boot!

I used some insane velour plaid and gave it a halter style bust, trimmed with black lace with straps that tie at the neck. It has a paneled cut to hug your curves, with black knit down the center and two strips of metal ring + stud tape.

The circle skirt is four panels, 2 plaid and 2 black. The panels can be ruched/gathered up with ribbons to give a bustle effect and to reveal the black and red tulle petticoat underneath.
Serged and topstitched seams.
