27-1/2" Amethyst Necklace. This necklace is composed of 2mm Amethyst beads and Amethyst ovals. Amethyst is a crystal and I used to obsess over finding the perfect beads, the darker the Amethyst the more I see the crystals. I now realize that what I had thought was a defect is really part of the beauty of the bead. The crystalline interior sparkles in the sunlight and adds to the beauty of the piece.
