Description
Summer rain is a yarn handspun from soy silk in its natural golden colour and embellished throughout with (mainly glass) beads in yellows and greens. To me they look like drops and the whole yarn has a very summery feel to it, partially because of the slinky quality of the fibre.Soy silk is a by-product of the tofu making process and completely biodegradable. It is very soft and has great lustre and drape. This very environmentally friendly new fibre is also suitable for vegans.

WPI 12-14, making it a thin worsted weight yarn
