Yards and yards of gorgeous iridescent shot rayon turquoise/aqua bengaline faille make up the base for this glorious Goddess gown. Many features exclusive to this gown only include:

* A full hank of silver lined Montana Czech rocailles.

* Almost a hank of faceted translucent Montana Czech Charlottes.

* Vitrail Crystal Swarovski Fairy beads with light aqua luster Miyukis and capri blue pearl accents.

* Hand made eyelets for the lacing holes.

* Hand crocheted and wound cording to custom cut once you get it on and lace it to your liking.

* Beaded leaf and Damask rose accents scattered liberally as the whim dictates on skirt, sleeves and cascading from the back lacing.

* Huge Deco style focal design on left breast and beaded bound neckline.

* Hand hemmed.

* Beautiful silky fringed selvedge edge left as is on sleeves.

Measurements:

Bust loosely laced - if your bosom is more than 58-60", you're out of luck. My girls like to move around, breathe and bounce so I also made the armscye low and generous for a larger cup size. No binding up.

Waist to 60" loosely laced. Fully laced closed 44"

Hip: Bigger than the above.

Front length 60" to allow for curves and cliffs. 2' Train in the back with a courtesan's dancing loop for your arm.

I stopped making these one-of-a-kind ritual gowns for Goddesses for a long while. The handwork and details are just intense. I'm obsessed while I work on each one and this gown fit for a Yemaya Sea Goddess is no exception.

I am what is called a 'Plus Sized' gal. That's a euphemism for, "Unless you want to swathe your curves in awning stripes, girly, you're outta luck in the beautiful wear department".

Not being into black unless I'm casting spells and roots, or vertical stripes, or any other type of camo manufactured out there for us Ruben types, I turned my lint talents into making a line of Goddess Sized gowns for both day and evening under my Blue Goddess label some 26 years ago.

I used it to redefine how we Jane Russell types look and feel about ourselves in our clothing. I wanted regal, so many of the gowns feature trains and voluminous skirts that swirl with every zephyr of wind. I wanted stand out, so I use sumptuous materials and unusual details. I wanted quality, so each gown has an enormous amount of time and hand stitching involved.
