Otagiri Scalloped Leaf Tea Set
Description
This gorgeous vintage white teapot was made in Japan by Otagiri. Measuring 8" to tip of spout with a bamboo covered metal handle. The design is scalloped, running up the sides of the pot and six matching (6oz) cups. The gold and yellow sticker on the bottom reads OMC Japan.This teapot is midcentury and in perfect condition. I purchased this teapot from a man I call my "teapot guy". A lovely older gentleman who always has a beautiful and unique array of teapots. This set was packed in it's original box and appears to have never been used. I will not send the box along, as it did not age quite as well:)
