ink Splotch Necklace and Earrings

Description

I ran across these acrylic beads in a closeout bin in a bead shop a while back and they reminded me of ink splotches, so I decided to do a design that was also a bit "messy" insofar as it is asymmetrical and a mixture of beads.

There are 4 larger black, grey, and white focal beads that establish the feel of the design, as well as some simple large black acrylic rounds creating focal points along the line of the e-bead necklace. I added some silver beads and bead caps for contrast and glimmer and the result is what you see here. The coordinating earrings are matching black acrylic rounds offset by silver toned rounds and findings suspended from silvery earwires.

At 24" (61cm), this necklace closes with a lobster clasp and has a 2" (50.8mm) extension chain, making it the perfect length for casual or office wear with a variety of necklines and body shapes.

The earrings measure approximately 1"(25.4mm)not including the earwire.
