Celtic Cross in Bronzite and Filigree Pendant with Garnets and Double Brass Chain

When you wear this Cross you'll feel like a Queen or that you're back in medieval times.

Several pictures of the Old Celtic, Canterbury and Maltese crosses; Anything from Gravestones, Church Steeples, Kings, Queens Jewelry and even Popes were the inspiration to make this ornate baroque vintage style cross.

The Pendant
I started with a rich colored faceted 1 1/4" Bronzite Cross and wrapped an ornate Brass Filigree across the front securely with brass wire.
Big 4mm Deep Blood Red Garnet gemstones are at the top and bottom accented with brass bead caps and a brass sculpted bead.
The whole Cross Pendant measures 2 1/2 inches.

Attached is a very Deep Red faceted 8mm Czech bead that dangles from slightly above the cross gently wrapped in another filigree accompanied with a sculpted brass bead.

This Lovely Celtic Cross hangs suspended from a 21 inch double brass chain that closes with a Brass Heart toggle clasp with a love knot feature.

The cross should come to just about your cleavage. (I don't have much but I'm guessing:))

I hammered several of the wire links to give it texture and also the toggle and curled the ends to give a little scroll look.

The pictures were taken at night with and without a flash to show how dramatic this cross can be and the clarity of the garnets.
