We handcut our Personalized .925 sterling silver any nameplate necklaces in Jerusalem! It comes with your choice of a 14", 16" or 18" 1mm wide silver box chain. The pendant is .7mm thick.

Please provide us with the (one) name or word (4 Chinese characters maximum) and your chosen chain length.

Double thickness is available for an additional $14.

We also offer many styles in 14k gold.

RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to provide you with a beautiful necklace. If the need arises, we will gladly correct or replace any necklace that arrives flawed or does not match the name that was provided to us. We reserve the right to correct the necklace and will provide a replacement if this is not possible. Since each necklace is individually handmade, slight variations in design and lettering are not considered flaws. We must be notified of any flaws within 7 days of delivery and we may require a quality digital photo or return of jewelry. Please note that gold jewelry will be replaced only upon receipt of the original piece.

When asked to return an item for correction or replacement, be sure to ship with insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation for your protection. Please contact us for return address information.
