Description
This shockingly dark skirt is perfect for retro 80’s Punk style. I started off with soft black cotton, and then I screen printed Skull and Crossbones with Metallic Gunmetal Ink. I also added bright White Nuke Symbols.The ruffled hem is made with assorted bits of matching trashy fabric. I used Silver Pinstripe stretch knit and Black Lace to make this completely unique and truly stunning.
