This is a 100% Blue Faced Leicester 2-ply wool that has been handspun by me on my Majacraft Suzie Pro. It measures approximately 8-12 WPI with thick and thin bits throughout. I'd call it a bulky to worsted weight yarn.

All of my handspun creations are created in a smoke-free, cat friendly environment. I wash all my yarn before I ship it to set the twist and then I dry it flat outside. I immediately seal it into a ziplock bag once it's dried so there is very little chance of cat hair getting into the yarn.

I recommend all items knit from my handspun be handwashed regardless of the fiber content. A gentle wash in cold water with a product specific to wool as well as being washed separately is also recommended.
