Elysium handmade Gracious Gretchen dress....This gal is one of my all time favorites.
Gretchen is cut from all new cotton lycra jersey in robin egg shell blue and gun metal black. This cut is so amazing, I felt like I was in the 40-50's wearing it, but very Elysium modern.
She features

-empire waist is wide band, accentuating all waistlines
