This amazing necklace will turn heads and induce shock and awe in everyone you meet! I've steel boned a Victorian beaded applique so that it remains rigid while wearing it around your neck. All loose beads have been secure and I've hand-strung black glass beads for the necklace base, and attached them to the applique.

It's adjustable & the applique measures a whopping 6" across. Very one-of-a-kind; Louise Black Luxe!!!
