Description
This is so adorable! I made it from black and white striped jersey on top and blue jersey on the bottom with this amazing ruffley layer I reconstructed from a vintage slip. The top has elastic straps and a pinned on bow.The whole thing is serged for durability and a professional finish. Its stretchy and has an open fit so it could fit a number of sizes but I recommend it as a 4-8.
