Preparation:
This ultra feminine piece was created using a vintage women's dress that was left to sulk in the back of a Chicago Salvation Army. The beautiful color and fabric begged to be transformed into a more contemporary piece. After raising the hem, shortening the sleeves, and adding a belt, I transformed an ordinary frock into an adorable work of art!
