Steampunk Green Garnet, Vesuvianite, and Brass Necklace
Description
The mechanism from an antique is the focal piece for this necklace. It is hung from rounds of green garnet and vesuvianite, with each bead being individually hand-wrapped in brass wire. It fastens with a toggle clasp and measures 19" in length.No automata were harmed in the making of this jewelry, with the components coming from odd lots of mixed parts. This also falls into the category of "jewelry what bites," as the edges of the machinery bits are still in their original naturally roughened state.
