Golden Passion 14k Cross Pendant with Purple Charoites gd1

This 1960's vintage cross was handmade by an artisan jeweler. It is unsigned but the talent is shown in the workmanship.

14k gold with 4 prong set Russian Charoites with inclusions that give a tiger’s eye effect. The lowest stone on the cross has deep striation. It is not a crack and does not go all the way through but it is pictured from prong #1 to prong #2. This means that if you take it to a jeweler to polish on a machine they must handle it with care. No rough stuff with this piece(as with most jewelry with stones)

It weights 8.3 dwt It measures 2 1/8 in. by 1 3/4in or 5.39cm by 4.44cm.
