Cute Vogue pattern for a baby doll nightdress (or dress) and panties:
"Gown in three lengths has gathers from shoulder yoke or deeper neckline finished with bias binding. Below elbow length sleeves and sleeveless. Pantie legs finished with casing for elastic."

There is no date on the envelope, but the pattern is from the 1960s.

All pattern pieces and instructions are present and correct. Pattern pieces, like all Vogue patterns of this period, are pre-cut to size and unprinted, with markings indicated by perforations (explained in the instructions).
Pattern pieces are in good usable condition, with some age discoloration.
The envelope is in fairly average vintage condition. It has rumpling and small tears to the edges but is still intact. A previous owner has written some notes on the front about the price of broderie and lawn.
