Adz Earings (Large)

Description

This is a set of bone earrings shaped as a stylised adz hanging from large Zulu hooks. An adz is an ancient cutting tool, either held in the palm of the hand or bound to a handle.

SHAPE:
The earrings are rounded with a hard faceted edge at the lower end which forms the adz cutting edge (if it were a real adz). The sides include hard side edges.

SIZE:
The earrings are roughly 5cm long. The length does not include the Zulu hocks. Also the length and thickness can be tailored within limitation of material.

FINISH:
The earrings are depicted with a polished white surface finish. Please read the shop announcement for information on alternate finishes.

FIXING:
The earrings are depicted with silver Zulu hook fixings. The spirals can be orientated flat against the surface, facing downward if desired. Please read the shop announcement for information on alternate chokers or cords.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
