Soft and silky, this mercerised cotton yarn is a dream to use. It slides through fabric like butter. Normally sold in our larger Jumbo hanks this selection is for 5 small skeins of CUT LENGTHS. Each skein is about 22 metres (over 22 yards) each. That's a total of 125 metres all together, and suitable for a number of projects. It is equivalent to a Perle 8

Hand-dyed by me this is a scrummy mix of colours! Red, Orange, Magenta, Gold, of course, it isn't that simple and the photographs will give you an idea of the other colours there too. These would be amazing stitched onto a plain or multi-coloured background, but of course there are other possibilities too. Perfect for Crazy Quilting or any stitching technique that requires a fine thread, and I am sure you will find more colours than these... These were all dyed in sequence as part of our 'Serendipity' range so they go together perfectly. Yes, they truly are the result of a very happy accident. All have been fully fixed and rinsed many times
