Lovely 1930s dress pattern by Excella:
"Draping at the neckline and front-closing, held in place by an ornament, gives softness to this frock. The sleeves are left open below the shoulders and may be long or short. The three-piece skirt is joined to blouse under the belt."

There is no date on the envelope, but the pattern is from the mid 1930s.

CONDITION:

All pattern pieces and instructions (called the Excellagraf) are present and correct. Pattern pieces, like all Excella patterns of this period, are pre-cut to size and unprinted, with markings indicated by perforations (explained in the instructions).

The envelope is in reasonably decent condition for its age, with age discoloration and has been torn open along the top seam as well opening at the side flap.
