There are no sizes mentioned on the pattern but the materials needed are as follows...
3 oz. 4 ply in main colour (body).
1 oz. 4 ply in 1st contrast colour (hoofs & mane).
1 oz. 4 ply in 2nd contrast colour (nose & front).
Pair each of old U.K. size knitting needles 12 & 10 (U.S. size 2 & 3), (worked in stocking stitch).
