This small one of a kind mixed media collage art piece, uses a combination of vintage text from two antique letters, combined with a vintage fashion image, as well as a vintage illustration of the Eiffel Tower.. The black and white photo is both mysterious and beautiful, it looks like a moment captured in time, as someone sees her from across a room.
The card uses layers of acrylic paint in a deep ruby red, combined with a cool cream color, as well as a deep plumb. Blue and deep red watercolor crayon was also added to finish the piece.
The painted card (an altered playing card) is encased in an archival plastic/acrylic holder to protect it. Which is also beautiful to display the small art piece in. (please see image #4 in listing).
These cards can be done via commission as well!!! They are dynamite in person or with several to make up one larger piece! Or singularly for an affordable one of a kind piece- a great gift!
