My items are handmade therefore my processing time is generally 2-3 weeks unless otherwise specified in the listing. Please check each items details. Once your item is made I will dispatch it via 2nd class post unless you've paid for an upgrade. If you are in a rush for an item please contact me prior to purchase and I'll do my best to help.

As I am a small independent business if I (Scintilla Sunrise) am unable to fulfil an order for any reason I will refund your money but cannot accept any further liability. If there is a delay in receiving your item from Scintilla Sunrise or your item is lost I will replace or refund your item depending on the circumstances, other than this I cannot accept any further liability. I am unable to refund or replace items which have been lost in the post until 10 working days have passed. Thank you for understanding 😊.

My products are intended for adult use only. Please do not leave them in the reach of babies, children or pets.

Please note none of my products should be worn when: sleeping, showering, bathing, or during any intense physical activity.
Please put my items on after getting dressed & take them off before getting changed. If you wear my items with delicate materials or expensive outfits you do so at your own risk, my items are handmade, and I work a great deal with wire and although I do my very best to ensure that edges are smoothed and/or tucked away there is still a very small chance that these edges might catch on clothing.
My jewellery is made in a clean environment however there is always a small chance that allergens may come into contact with items. Please wash your item/s before use.

A great deal of thought goes into creating my pieces and as such if I find that my more unique designs are deliberately being copied by other sellers I will consider taking action. Thanks for understanding.

My items are presented in recycled card gift boxes or biodegradable cornstarch packets as mentioned and pictured in most of my listing. Please note my packaging may on rare occasions be substited for similar packaging such as for example when experiencing unexpected high order volumes or delays with my supplier. Additionally the same applies to my use of paper tape on packaging. I will always do my best to source environmentally kind alternatives where possible. Thank you for understanding.

Gold filled jewellery is jewellery with a solid layer of real gold mechanically bonded to a base metal such as brass. It is much thicker than gold plated and therefore of superior quality.

Please ensure that you order the correct width and guage for your piercing and read the listing descriptions in full. For hygiene reasons I will not resell anything that goes through a piercing that has been sent out, regardless of whether it has been taken out of the packaging or not. Please be aware that my items are not sterile and are not suitable for new piercings.

Should you wish to do so you have 14 days within which to cancel your order. Following cancellation of your order you have a further 14 days in which to return goods. Should you wish to return your goods please email me at ScintillaSunrise@live.co.uk or message me via Etsy prior to returning your item/items.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is found faulty. Proof of postage must be obtained when returning goods (this is provided by the post office without additional charge).

Please note items that go through a piercing can only be returned if one of the following applies:
- They're faulty
- They have not been worn or taken out of their packaging.
