First Etsy purchase. The seller was extremely helpful and quick to answer my questions. I was worried about duties & taxes on a shipment to Canada. Despite Covid delays, it came quickly. The order was placed June 29th, reached a US shipping facility July 7th, cleared customs on the 14th, arrived at destination the 17th. We live in a small town & Canadian postal service can take 3- 10 days to reach us. The bonus was no extra duties or taxes. I was at first a bit disappointed by the size of the wells that hold paint. Time will tell how long it takes before I need to refill them. I love the slanted area of the well; making it easy to load up a watercolor brush with pigment. The overall weight is fantastic and will be the jewel of my ultra-light thru hiking kit. Overall I extremely happy with my purchase.

I really Love this little palette! I can't wait to try it out. It's exactly as described, and very pretty. It also has a nice weight to it, very solidly built. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys having a small palette they can just stick in a pocket, or bag for on the go painting. It was packaged very nicely, and customer service is awesome!

I've not only had a wonderful experience with the seller, but also with the product. The seller was very kind and helpful. (Thank you for the 2 palette extenders, I am super excited to use them!) The palette is great! It's super portable and is efficient with space. I really love the wash areas, as it makes it an easy way to control the paint:water amount in the well. Overall, I definitly reccomend this seller and the product and am looking forward to using this more!
