5 out of 5 starsDO NOT BUY!!! I took pictures of all the dents and paint chips of 4 out of 5 of the columns. I talked to customer service and they blamed shipping. The box it came in was perfect, not at all damaged. They want to put it through insurance. Can you believe that? It’s just very poor quality, and they have the nerve to file an insurance claim. It’s companies like this that cause insurance premiums to inflate. Never again.

Sorry to hear that the item arrived damaged. From the pictures you sent, there is 1 damage on the bottom side of the package. As we explained, due to styroform cushion inside of the package, some heavy hits might leave a dent inside but no noticeable large sign on the outside package. The only 1 noticeable dent (as referred to in your picture) is on the largest column. Each of the columns has a welded vertical line, which is normal since it's handmade item. This is why the surface of the other 3 columns doesn't look perfect. These are not dents. We purchase the extra insurance for all of our shipments. Since your order arrived damaged, we offered help to file the insurance claim for you. In order to simplify the process, we also offered a partial refund at our own cost.
