Most orders ship USPS First Class package and listings offer an upgrade to Priority Mail for domestic mail. Some items ship Priority due to weight and are identified in their listing.

Make sure your address is correct! We ship to the address you provide and are not responsible for delays and returns due to an incorrect address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
According to the US Postal Service, their delivery standard for domestic first class mail is 2 - 7 business days, however, the delivery time can be sporadic. Please keep in mind we cannot control the delivery time, only the time it takes to prepare and ship your order. We cannot and do not guarantee delivery times.

So, while most packages arrive MUCH sooner, it may take up to 2 weeks for Domestic delivery From November 1 to January 5, those times are increased by a week - two weeks.

Post Office shipping times around any holiday can be unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended for faster delivery. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery on anything (except Express), but Priority has a good, but not perfect, track record with its 2-3 day delivery.

CAN YOU SHIP OVERNIGHT?
We are currently unable to ship overnight or accommodate rush orders.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS?
When you purchase more than one item on one order, shipping costs are automatically combined. Please be sure to order all the items you want on one order, as separate orders cannot be combined.
Shipping costs are an average and include the cost of packaging.

IS MY PACKAGED INSURED?
Shipments are not insured for loss and we are not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the Post Office or any other shipper. If you would like your package insured, you must contact us before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are currently unable to accept international orders.

No, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or cancellations. Please choose carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing if you feel uncertain.
