Keep your calligraphy tools stylishly stored in this hand painted and machine-sewn in this Love to Write Calligraphy Pen Roll.
This calligraphy pen roll features 12 vertical 1-inch wide pockets for pens, pencils, erasers, and brushes. I even slipped a bone folder and a hair pin into mine because I reach for them so much!
Using black oil-based printing ink and a flat brush, I painted letters in Italic calligraphy onto muslin. I lined the muslin with interfacing for stability and nylon for a slick surface. That way, your tools slide easily into the pockets.
The pen roll has a 1" wide Velcro closure that overlaps more than enough to keep the roll up pen case securely closed as you travel.
Due to the item being handmade, the brush strokes vary slightly throughout the pen rolls, giving some areas of the text an aged look.
This item will be shipped to you in a compostable mailer made from 100% post consumer recycled material.
Spot clean only. Warm iron if needed.

I received my Calligraphy Pen Roll a few days earlier than scheduled, and it was thoughtfully packaged for maximum protection, along with a lovely hand-written card. It looks exactly as described and depicted; it is beautifully made and calligraphed. I've already inserted my best/favorite dip pens, and my pen rest is in the last slot; it fits securely but slides out easily.
