Genuine Dame Darcy publishing items are only sold on Dame Darcy’s Official Etsy and damedarcy.com. They are not sold on Amazon, Mercari, Temu, Wish, Aliexpress or any other site.

Also please note that anyone claiming that their counterfeit mermaid tarot are “extra stock”. There is no extra stock of Mermaid gold or tuckbox. Also Queen Alice has never been offered in a Tuckbox form. Home goods featuring Meatcake comic art and characters are ONLY sold on Dame Darcy official Etsy.

We are a very small business with limited staff. However because of the time it has taken to investigate and go after each and every one of these counterfeit sellers. Our release schedule has been slowed and resources have had to be spent on lawyers to combat this issue of plagerism. These counterfeit sellers have hurt our sales and if not stopped could jeopardize the future of Dame Darcy publishing.

Real world events such as the weather, manufacturing delays, customs, supply chain issues, may delay the arrival of pre-order items. We work very hard to keep all buyers updated on the current status of pre-ordered items. However, refunds will Only be processed in the case of an item suddenly becoming unavailable. If our non-cancellation policy is incorrect for you. We please request that you not make your purchase until the item has been fully stocked (*if stocks are available following the filling of pre-orders) ALL Pre-Orders are prioritised and filled first.
