This deck is PLAGIARISM of the Lo Scarabeo mermaid deck!!! Really disappointed in the quality of this item. The cards are ridiculously thick and sticky. It has poor image quality thats blurry and the plagiarized cards are extra blurry too. I was so excited for these and am very sad they are plagiarized and poor quality. Weirdly thick and super hard to shuffle. Sad man just sad. Cant even return because the shipping is too much. Worst purchase Ive made on etsy ever. Pics show how thick it is. Waste of 40 dollars save your money!! PLAGIARISM OF OTHER ARTISTS IS GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The decks arrived packed together well within the delivery time-frame. I really could choose between the two so I decided to get both in the hard clam shell box editions. It is interesting to match concepts from Alice in Wonderland to the scenes depicted in the deck. Since a lot of the cards in the deck display active scenes the images in the card can seem 'unbalanced' in isolation, but do look fine within a spread. The cards are super glossy silver edging - they shuffle wonderfully. I really love the black and red harlequin pattern on the box as it is very eye-catching and stands out from my other decks. As for the Mermaid Tarot - I fell in love with it. The imagery is balanced and reminiscent of old children's book illustrations. There is a wonderful dream-like quality to them that is quite enchanting. A fantastic purchase.
