I've made this family sign using ceramic tile, and permanent vinyl. The measurements are 19.5x7 inches. I have added 2 sawtooth hangers on the back for easy hanging. I have also added 2 Black foam pads to the bottom corners to protect the surface you are hanging this against.
I do have a couple different colors of tile to choose from, Light Grey or Brown.
