If the banner you purchase includes a custom name or age, please make sure to add that either in notes to the seller or the personalization section.

Please make sure to avoid keeping these banners in direct sunlight as the colors will eventually fade from the paper. Take care to be gentle when removing and hanging items.

GiftedByTheGiver does accept rush orders. Please be sure to purchase the rush order upgrade listing available if you need your item faster than the stated turnaround time.

Please be sure to pay attention to the turn around time for the item you are purchasing. Each item in my shop is hand made and I take great care to make sure they look impeccable.There are times when I can ge orders out more quickly than the turn around time listed, but it is best to take the time listed for the turn around time plus shipping into consideration when purchasing.
It is also helpful if you list the date the item is needed by in notes to the seller.
If you need the item faster than the stated turn around time, please purchase the rush upgrade listing available.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you must email me via Easy within 4 hours of the order being placed. Kindly note, I do not accept cancellations outside of this window, and cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please be sure to read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.

Kindly note that returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake. All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with the item you purchased, please contact me by email through Etsy within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss the next steps.

Please make sure that the address for shipping is correct when you place your order. The address listed on your order form is the address/name that will be used when shipping your item.
Please remember that the times that the USPS gives are shipping estimates and are not necessarily guaranteed.
It is always better to add one day to the maximum amount of time that the USPS estimates your package to arrive in order to ensure that your package arrives on time for your special event.
