I graduated with a degree in social work and a minor in child and family studies. While going to school I centered my studies on learning all I could about child development, family interactions, child and teen welfare, coping skills, mental health disorders, and the importance of social skills in every day life.
In addition, I've had experience working in settings with children and youth of all backgrounds. This includes those from affluent to struggling homes, minority groups, social and behavior disorders, mental struggles, and educational deficits. In these settings I've worked under and alongside with trained and licensed therapists, teachers, and case workers.
