Unfortunately, due to the fact that my items are hair accessories, I cannot resell items that are returned for the safety of my client's hair health. Also due to the custom nature of the crowns, I cannot accept returns. But please message me because all cases are unique and customer service is my priority.
If your item was damaged in transit please message me on etsy or email me at heathersfeather1@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. After receiving the photo then I ask that you please ship the damaged item back and a new one will be shipped to you. While rare, it does happen from time to time.
