All items come ready to gift in a hand decorated gift box. We ship all items in a padded bubble mailer or small box depending on the size of the item. If you want a special note included, just let us know!

For packages sent first class mail, insurance is NOT included. Priority mail packages are insured by the USPS against loss or damage up to $50.00. First Class Mail does NOT include insurance. If you live in a place where packages walk away or where the mailman frequently delivers to the wrong address, we highly recommend you purchase extra insurance. If packages have proof of delivery, we can not be responsible for missing items. Convo us for insurance prices.

Under the EU’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time he or she purchases it. Please note that in the EU, the refund a seller provides in the event of a return is required to include the shipping cost for the initial delivery to the buyer.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer.

The goodies in my shop are true vintage so they are old, antique and previously loved. They will therefore show wear commensurate with age. I will always do my best to portray an accurate impression of each item via descriptions and pictures. Since these items are vintage, often one of a kind pieces, we can not produce them in different sizes or colors. A happy you makes for a happy us so please read our policies and don't hesitate to ask questions or voice your concerns!!!

Please do not purchase vintage jewelry for children under 16. Since the items we find are vintage and antique and previously owned, we have no way of determining total metal content on many of the unmarked items.

If we are not contacted about a return within 3 days of receipt of an item, the sale is considered final. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied for these items once returned. Returns must be sent with tracking and items over 50 dollars must be returned with insurance. We do not refund shipping. You will receive your refund within 48 hours of item return. Items must be returned in same condition as received. Items altered for any reason will not be accepted for refund.
