I created this tea at the request of a client that was in need of Lymphatic Drainage and Congestion Support. I researched lymph moving and supporting herbs and was able to formulate a blend that tastes good as well as is a very effective tea.
All herbs in this blend are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
Etsy will not allow me to explain the benefits of each herb without delisting my products, so if you would like more detailed information, please just reach out by sending me a message. I will respond as quickly as possible.

Cleavers Herb
Mullein
Heal All
Plantain
Elderberries
Ceylon Cinnamon Chips
Raspberry Leaves
Dandelion Root and Leaves
Instructions: Pour 8 oz Boiling filtered water over 1-2 tsp of loose tea, infuser, or tea bag. Let steep for 5-15 minutes. Strain if necessary. Drink up to 4 cups per day.
