I use the buyer’s address listed with Etsy so please ensure your information is current and complete, and to include a phone number for the couriers reference! :)

Shipping will occur within 1-2 business days (for original artworks) & 2-4 business days (for giclee prints) of receipt of payment (Monday – Friday).

To ensure safe and fast delivery of your new treasure, All my Artworks and Signed Open & Limited Edition giclee prints are Sent via Insured Expedited Shipping.

SHIPPING: Artwork will be shipped with Insured Expedited Shipping via FedEx, TNT or EMS Tracked Shipping (Worldwide shipping that arrives to most countries within 3-6 working days).

International deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, these vary from country to country. ​Any duty or taxes are payable by you the receiver. Please do check your country's import regulations.

Although I ship your item quickly, please be aware that customs delays can happen.

You will receive an etsy message update with tracking information as soon as an art-piece has been shipped, so you will know when to expect your delivery.

Eco-friendly packaging?
Besides using recycled packaging material whenever possible, the use of plastics are minimized just enough to still ensure safe waterproof delivery. Most packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable.

SHIPPING : Printing and delivery (Standard Tracked Shipping) will be fulfilled at the closest fulfillment center, by my printing partner based in the US.

•Unframed: Sent rolled in a tube.

How long will it take to receive your print?
Depending on your location it can take anywhere from 5–19 business days. My printing partner takes 2–5 business days to print and package your print, and then delivery time takes a further 3–14 business days, depending on your location.

Eco-friendly packaging?
My printing partner does their best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of their packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Their kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

Depending on your location it can take anywhere from 6–15 business days (sans any delays). My printing partner takes 5-6 business days to print and package your print, and then delivery time takes a further 1–9 business days, depending on your location.

Eco-friendly packaging?
My printing partner is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment. To minimize waste, their workflow is done as economically and efficiently as possible, using materials produced from recycled products or from FSC certified forests. They are also working hard to reduce plastics throughout, replacing plastic packaging with sugar cane mail bags and paper tape instead of sellotape in their packaging.

I COMBINE SHIPPING. Only one flat shipping rate will be charged for multiple items at once and combined in one package, according to the highest shipping charge.
