We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons. Customized jewelry are not refundable.

Shipping information is not great. The ring arrived, and I didn't even know it was in the country, state, or on the way to my house! Twice i messaged the seller about updated shipping information and I got the same "copy paste" answer 🙄. The ring came in this bust up little brown package with chinese writing on it. I opened it not expecting the ring to be in there, but there it was. Despite the copy/paste communication and zero updated shipping, the ring is beautiful, and came sooner than expected.

You may always opt for 'Paid Shipping' for automatic tracking information. Our apologies regarding the 'copy paste' answer incident. This ring will make people at the next table to have something to talk about! It’s spectacular and enormous! It’s bigger than the carat count suggests. I took a picture of it next to the 4 carat pink sapphire. It’s most definitely a conversation piece! Thank you 😊 Lili and the team for your wonderful work!

The ring is absolutely gorgeous! Well worth the monies paid. Had a small issue with the delivery, but everything worked out OK. Lili spent a lot of time messaging back and forth with me to try to figure out what happened. In spite of my anger, Lili was a consummate professional. I would not have any qualms about purchasing from her again, or recommending her to friends. Ordered another ring and I’m waiting for it to arrive. I’m sure this next ring will be as gorgeous as the first ring!

First, the ring is gorgeous. I didn’t think it would be that beautiful, honestly. Second, the shipping was much faster than was quoted. It arrived an entire month ahead of the projected date. I don’t do recommendations. However, I will be making an exception for this. If you are considering purchasing a ring or any item they offer, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.
