Convo me with the reason for return. No returns on custom made, made to order, sale, discounted, fine art prints, or commissions. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

You are responsible for return shipping and TRACKING and insurance in the event return is lost or damaged by carrier. Convo me the return tracking number.

If your art arrives damaged TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED packaging and Art & convo me with photos ASAP. I need photos for proof of damage. You will be required by the carrier to fill out damage forms to receive a refund.

If you provide a wrong address and shipment is returned to me, you will need to pay to reship your package. Payment to reship must be receive prior to package reshipping.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, handling fees, VATs, GSTs, and any other customs charges imposed by your country when your shipment is received. International shipping may take 2 to 8 weeks depending on the postal/delivery service in your country.

Purchases marked as a gift will show the full cost and contents of the package on the outside of the package as required by import laws. The shipment will be subject to your countries import and customs fees.

Prints are created from my original artwork. The original artwork is scanned and proofed by me for color and to capture detail. My fine art giclee prints are professionally printed with archival quality pigment inks rated to last a lifetime on archival fine art paper.

Each print is made to order, processing time varies from 3-10 days depending on print, size, and time of year. Prints ship directly to you from the fine art printing lab.

Small prints are shipped flat, prints 11x14 and over are shipped rolled in a tube. Prints are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on product and destination. Tracking will be provided.
