For one this bed isn't suited for newborns once i got it together the spacing was so much my 4 yr old could stick his head in between the bars. I also contacted the designer and got no reply.

It did not meet my expectations, the file was only a PDF with assembly instructions, I did not have the measurements and plans to print on the machine directly. Send an email asking the provider for help but you did not receive a response.
