We're happy to ship worldwide and aim to have your items packaged and ready to be picked up by the courier within a maximum of 3 working days however it's usually possible by next working one.

We prefer to deal to with well established couriers like DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx for international orders and SDA, BRT, and GLS for deliveries within Italy. In our experience items sent with these carriers often arrive sooner than anticipated and there's very little likelihood of them disappearing on route as we can track their progress via the tracking number provided. If you'd prefer us to find a cheaper alternative we're happy to do so but we might be unable guarantee the delivery times or provide a tracking number as a result.

We offer FREE insurance on orders over 500 euros. If you'd like to add insurance to any items under this amount please let us know and we'll find you the best deal that we can.

If you're purchasing the item as a gift for someone else we're more than happy to ship it directly to the them as well as include any personal note from you to the lucky recipient just leave us the details in the shipping notes at checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES

All shipping costs quoted are for standard delivery with one of the carriers mentioned above. If you'd like your item sent by express delivery just let us know and we'll get a quote for you. We've never experienced any problems with with late deliveries when using the aforementioned couriers but as a guide we will give them 3 working days longer than their quoted delivery date before filing for non delivery. In this case you will be refunded 100% of the item and delivery cost and we will claim this back from the courier.
