Melanie, I love this book, I love your recipes, I love your coined phrase "creole soul" mentioned in your introduction. I think your recipes are easy to follow and straight forward. I hope there is a sequel. Take care.
Thank you for this amazing cookbook!! I love how easy it is to follow and the stories that you share. It was a treat to find the extra recipes at the end. I am hoping that my shrimp and grits come out as great as they look on the cover!😋
Definitely try the recipes in this book! The shrimp were delicious, Melanie's stories and personal touches are delightful, and the directions are easy to read and understand.
