an expansion to holyoke, ma

after 5 years as 'home&homme' in amherst, ma, we are expanding our business. we have taken a second location in the old paper mill town of holyoke, ma and will focus on art shows and vintage. a nod to the paper manufacturing history of holyoke, we are now PULP.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
we will provide full refund if item has not been shipped yet. if item has been shipped and you want a refund, buyer will have to cover cost of shipping both ways. if item arrives and is damaged please take photos of the box and the item. we work hard to pack carefully, but sometimes boxes are mangled and damaged in transit. if item is damaged, the post office requires that item and box be brought to post office and a claim filed. seller is unable due to postal service regulations to provide this service.
in the rare case that a package is lost, we will file a lost package form. due to the slow response time, we require up to 3 months to resolve the case. for international shipping home & homme is not responsible for lost packages, as the level of fraud is high and usps tracking can not guarantee safe delivery once out of hands of usps.

we sell vintage items.. we do our best to provide accurate description and condition of the item. as sellers, we deal with scams.. people who buy , break the item superficially, and then require refund only to turn around and resell.

we do our best to be fair. vintage items have a life and our sometimes delicate. if you buy a 40 year old briefcase, and overfill it with heavy books and then the strap breaks,..who pays??? again.. we use common sense to try and resolve..

fairness is what we aim for more than anything..
Payment
credit cards, paypal. we will hold items on reserve for 24 hours. if longer reserve period is requested, a 25% downpayment will be required.
Shipping
we will ship outside the u.s. . we usually ship within 3 days time. if items are large or require special box it may take up to 5 days to ship.. we also work with a local shipping company that can arrange to have large items shipped.
