Absolutely. Please use the "custom order" listing to organize a personalized planter, or message us. We love putting your creative ideas on our planters!
Do you offer an option for Express Shipping?
We do! Please message us about expressing your order and we'll be happy to organize at an additional cost.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Yes! For bulk orders (10+ planters), contact us before ordering to receive discount information.
How fast does an order ship?
We ship from our workshop in Toronto, Canada.
~ USA: 2-4 business days (with USPS Priority Mail)
~ Canada: 2-8 business days (with Canada Post)
If you need an order earlier, please message us to organize express shipping.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you do not love your piece, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless I make a mistake on your order. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
If any items are damaged during transport, please contact me with a picture.
Any items that are returned to me due to wrong address / refusal or being un-deliverable, will receive a refund minus shipping cost and any additional fees I might had to pay to receive it back.
