Mug:
- The glaze is absolutely beautiful, the handle is comfortable, the size is great (17oz; a little larger than most of my coffee mugs which is a plus), and it holds heat very well!
- I've gotten many compliments on it
- I'm a beginner potter and this mug really gives me a good idea of how a proper handmade mug should feel!

Shipping:
- I ordered it Sunday 10/17 and received it Wednesday 10/20; very fast shipping!
- It was packaged very well (double boxed with biodegradable packing peanuts and honeycomb packaging paper)
