We use expedited international shipping through airmail post which usually takes between 20-45 BUSINESS DAYS (even more due to COVID19 DELAYS) to the following countries:
USA, Canada, Austria, Italy, Belgium, UK, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Poland, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Norway, Ireland, Finland.
Please note that these periods are ESTIMATED and can be longer.

Since shipping back to Romania is usually very expensive, for most cases it is not a good idea to return the item back to me. In addition, most of the items are jewelry pieces and there are hygenic reasons for no refunds. So if you have a problem with your item - just send me a message so we can find a solution together.

Seller is not responsible for lost packages during shipping as I do not work in the post office or with any other shipping company. Etsy Policy also states that " Etsy or the seller are not responsible for lost packages".

For Necklaces & Bracelets: The length of an item is the TOTAL length, which measured from end to end when laying flat.
Please choose your desired length from the scroll down list at checkout. If you need a custom length, please choose the "Other" option in the list and write us a message with your custom length. If you need help determining which length you want - please write us a message and we'll be glad to assist :)

All items are shipped in a pretty Envelope, inside the items being placed in an Organza Bag and they are ready to be given as a gift to your favorite person. You can see our wrapping in most of our listings pics.
If you are buying multiple items - We will package them all together in more than one Organza Bag.

Each order is shipped in a bubble wrap envelope to protect its precious content :)

We want your precious jewelry to last a very long time, so here are some caring tips:
Please store your new jewelry in a cool place away from sunlight and moisture, best in an air tight closed zip-lock bag which you can find in our packaging :)
Don't sleep with it or shower in it, avoid perfume, deodorant or body lotion. Never wear it in a swimming pool or ocean.
Regularly clean your jewelry with a cotton cloth after each use and it will always look bright and beautiful!
For Sterling Silver & Gold Filled: You can also clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore its pretty color.

When you are ready to place your order and have added your items to your cart on Etsy, you'll see 2 forms of payment, PayPal and "Other".
PayPal: You can pay with your PayPal account or use PayPal guest checkout to pay with your credit/debit card without creating a PayPal account.
Other: If you select other and submit the order, you will receive an email from us to complete the payment on our website, once completed we can start working on your order.
