Received wallet on 4-21-2021. Color was great, correct initials. However, when I opened it to see the inside, there were two cuts/tears in the leather- where you would put your license (right side). It’s impossible not to see the damage. I am so disappointed, because I loved the wallet, until I saw this damage on a brand new item. I would prefer to get a new wallet- same color (yellow) and initials (JWH). If not, please return me my money. Please send postage to return this damaged wallet to your company. Let me start by saying that the wallet appears to be well made, is functional, and that my order was processed, well-packaged and delivered in a very timely manner! I feel guilty awarding 3 stars instead of 5 but the wallet was just not what I was expecting. The colors of the leathers used are not as they appeared in the pictures, they aren't as "rich" - the exterior brown is much lighter and the interior cognac looks orange! I am bummed as this was to be a gift .

We are very happy to hear that you liked it :) Regarding the colors, we use the same dye and we use sustainable leather so the colors can slightly vary The lighting settings from one computer to other can affect the color too. I waited a month for this to be back in stock in the brown color and it was worth it! I couldn’t find any others (on Etsy or off) that I liked as much as I like this one. I’m looking forward to watching the leather age!
