I was reluctant to order from this store because they do not charge shipping or tax, and I was afraid that might cause service to be subpar. But the No Hablo onesie was cute so I decided to take a chance. I expected to receive the onesie in the mail promptly since it was not even a custom item. 8 days later nothing, so I emailed the shop. My email obviously prompted them to look at my order for the first time, because she immediately said they would ship it that day, then 20 minutes later sent me another email saying they JUST looked at my order and it wouldn't be available for a month - HOPEFULLY a month. At first I thought this shop was a scam, but now I see they are just extremely disorganized. Needless to say I asked for a refund and will not be shopping here again. Too bad they are doing their cause such a disservice.

Welcome to Bums & Beans! At B&B we offer limited edition clothes and accessories for little babes in sizes preemie to 18 months. Our goal is to give little babes the opportunity to make a mark from the very start. We will announce new prints regularly so please follow us on Instagram @bumsandbeans and check the store often! Returns and exchanges
• Our return policy is simple you may return the product in its original state within 15 days from the date of purchase at your own cost for return shipping for a full refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and PayPal fees (Please see special note for Custom Orders). If you receive a free gift with purchase, we will let you keep the free gift as we hope that you will visit our shop in the future to find the right gift for you or a loved one.
Custom Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
• If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us via Etsy within 3 days of receipt for us to work on getting the issue resolved.
• Exchanges are allowed up to 15 days from the original date of purchase as long as the product is still in stock and at the discretion of the store. Please understand that for one of a kind products it may take longer than the 3 day shipping turn around in order to exchange a new version of your chosen product. You will be notified of the necessary timeframe to recreate a similar product when you contact us to make an exchange. All efforts will be made to meet the needs of your request but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to recreate all items sold in the store. For example, some fabrics or styles may be discontinued and we may not be able to create leggings in the exact pattern you originally ordered.
• We accept PayPal as our only payment method at this time. If you do not have a PayPal account it will only take a few minutes to create your account. Please visit www.paypal.com to set up a free account now.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours the sale will be canceled.
For custom orders only: If it will take you longer than 48 hours please include this in your original request as we may be willing to make an exception.
• If your state or district requires you to pay sales tax this will be added to your invoice when you provide your zip code.
• At this time we only ship to the United States.
• For custom orders It is our goal to ship your requested purchase within 14 days after your payment clears through our PayPal account. If this is not possible we will contact you with a date you should expect to receive your package.
• Once your items have been shipped we will send you an email, Instagram, or convo you through Etsy to confirm that your order has been shipped.
• Please include all necessary contact information when placing your order. This should include the following;
1. Address where you would like to have your order shipped. If this is different than what is listed on your PayPal account please make that clear in our Etsy convo’s or by emailing us at bumsandbeans [!at] gmail.com.
2. Any special note or gift wrapping will be an extra cost and should be included in your original purchase request. The price of gift wrapping will depend on the size of the item being purchased. This cost will be included in your custom order listing.
3. Your preferred contact information for order shipping confirmation. Our options include phone, text, or email at this time.

*Any special requests should be made via convo on Etsy.
**Example of a special request: you need a legging and headwrap gift set shipped for your daughter's recital that takes place in 3 days. If the item is available we can offer overnight shipping at an additional cost which we ask that you include in your original request.
***We can insure all items at an additional cost. If you would like this included in your purchase please let us know when placing your order.

All sales are limited to availability. If a product is not in stock we will let you know in advance and give you an estimate on the wait time.
