5 out of 5 starsAt first, I was hesitant to purchase because of cost, but the product exceeded my expectations. In addition, there were extra little goodies added that made the transaction all the more positive. I will be purchasing more items from this individual in the future.

Frequently asked questions
Are the models your own design?
Yep! From the first sketch to the final mold, it’s all handcrafted by us. We like to keep things original — and just a little obsessive.
I like one of the models but i want to have it modified, it this possible?
Of course! We love a good challenge. Tell us what you're dreaming of — we’re all ears (and tweezers).
Do you have other models?
We add new models every month, and right now there are over 1,000 of them — in all shapes, sizes, and scales. Not everything is listed in the shop, so if you’re after something special (or strangely specific), just ask. We might just have it.
What does ‘Feisters’ mean?
I was born in a small village in Flanders, Belgium, near the French border — a place where we speak a dialect so local, no one else in the country understands it.
The very first model I ever cast was a window. In our dialect, a window is called a feister. And so, the name “Feisters” was born — a nod to beginnings, language, and the many windows we've created since.
Feisters means “many windows” — and for us, every window opens into a miniature world.
Questions about the painting?
All of our painted models are made to order, and since we mix our paints by hand (no boring factory colors here!), slight color variations are part of the charm. If you order multiple pieces together, we’ll make sure they’re painted in the same color scheme so they match beautifully. We take our drying time seriously — no shortcuts — so please allow up to 3 days before shipping to let all those lovely layers fully set. Just a heads-up: rust and weathering effects look awesome, but they’re not waterproof, so keep your models safe from unexpected rainstorms and overenthusiastic fish tanks.
Can I get an invoice?
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide an invoice (in EUR) — just ask, and we’ll send it your way.
Can I buy more models than are available 'in stock'
Yes, you can! We keep stock numbers low to manage things smoothly, but since we make everything in-house, larger orders are no problem — just get in touch and we’ll make it happen.
What about shipping?
We ship worldwide every day, using standard tracked shipping. Need it faster? Express delivery is available at an extra cost.
Estimated delivery times (not including 2–8 working days processing time):
– EU: approx. 1 week
– UK: approx. 2 weeks
– USA & Canada: 2–3 weeks
– Australia & New Zealand: 3–4 weeks
Wherever you are, we’ll get your models to you — safely tracked and carefully packed.
Troubles, broken model, spare parts,...?
Uh-oh! Something not quite right with one of our models? Don’t worry — we’ve got you. Whether it arrived with a hiccup, took a wrong turn in the mail, or just isn’t what you expected, send us a message and we’ll sort it out together. We’re real people (and miniature lovers just like you!), so we truly care about making things right. No robots, no copy-paste replies — just friendly support and a genuine effort to help. Your satisfaction means the world to our little family-run workshop, so let’s chat and fix it with a smile. 😊
