Hi friends! Thanks for visiting my Etsy page! I started my Etsy business when I was in college. I am now 25 years old, married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have 1 boy and a baby girl on the way! I am so excited to get the chance to share my jewelry with you guys! When I was a child, I spent hours in my room crafting anything and everything to hang up on my wall, however, it wasn't until I went to college that I discovered that my creativity could lead to a successful and fulfilling career. Everything that I create, I create, because I absolutely enjoy the process. When making my jewelry, I look for high quality and beautiful sterling silver findings to create my necklaces. I also strive to design unique and gorgeous wire jewelry. I am excited to share my creations with my Etsy friends and hope that you love them as much as I do.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I will make returns, refunds, size adjustments, and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 14 days of your purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for all shipment costs when returning the item. Please send me a tracking number when returning an item. Only returns made with tracking information are eligible for a refund.
Payment
I am currently accepting Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Etsy Giftcards. However, if it is absolutely essential for you to pay with cash or check, I am willing to make exceptions upon request.
Shipping
My jewelry comes in a small jewelry box that it securely packaged in a small padded bubble mailer. All packages will be shipped via USPS unless UPS is requested. Once your package has been sent, I will send you a tracking number, so that you can know where your package is and around when it will be delivered. However, Hannah Catherine's is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages due to shipping.

Please make sure that when you have filled out your address correctly. I am not responsible for a package that has not been delivered due to a wrong address.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so when you check out. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please feel free to message me and I would be happy to answer your questions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Customization Policy:
Customized products are not eligible for returns, except for under special circumstances. Please message me if there is an issue with your order.

Also, please note that no fowl, degrading, or derogatory words or phrases will be engraved. If any words or phrases are deemed to be so, your money will be returned and your order will be canceled.

Caution:
Never leave a child alone with a small object or piece of jewelry. This could be potentially harmful for a small child. Our jewelry is not meant for children under the age of 15.

Warning:
Any damage or harm that happens after the jewelry or necklace has been delivered to the customer is not the responsibility of the owner or employees of HannahCatherine's.

Work Spaces:
While I do my best to make sure that my work spaces and tools are clean and my hands have been washed before beginning making my jewelry, I cannot guarantee that they will completely be free from all allergens.
